Prior Approval Application for PLU's

NO requests or applications will be accepted via email.

All applications must be submitted as a front and back hard copy (one page) with original signatures.

This application is to be completed whenever an individual wishes to set up a course for PLU credit or whenever an individual wishes permission to take a non-Rome City Schools course that is already set up for PLU credit but is not the usual RESA or ETTC course. This form will not be necessary for the already-approved on-line courses through InfoSource.
