DECA is a student organization whose mission is to prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management in high schools and colleges around the globe. 

DECA's educational programs help support important key initiatives in education, business, and industry. DECA reinforces career and academic standards identified by business and industry in an effort to help close the 21st Century Skills gap.
