Students 11 and up who wish to participate in the 2ND Annual Greg Shropshire Memorial Oratorical Contest sponsored by Floyd Against Drugs (FAD) can find more information and an application below. The theme this year is Don't be dragged into drugs: LIVE DRUG FREE. The contest will take place Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 11 a.m. in the Rome City Commission Chambers, 601 Broad Street.
